According to the Articles of Organization, Academic Coaching and Writing LLC registered as in the state of California as a limited liability company on December 21, 2019.

Secretary and Treasurer Glenn Jensen filed the Statement of Information to the California Secretary of State on February 28, 2011. The Statement of Information declares Academic Coaching and Writing LLC as a consulting business, Sally Jensen as the CEO, and the registered address of the business in Encinitas, California. The document also names Sally and Glenn Jensen as managers of Academic Coaching and Writing LLC.

The Statement of Information filed to the California Secretary of State declared Dr. Sally Jensen as the CEO of Academic Coaching and Writing LLC. Jensen signed with the title of “President” in the Statement of No Change filed to the California Secretary of State on October 20, 2018. On her personal LinkedIn account, Jensen lists her job title at Academic Coaching and Writing as “Owner.”

AcademicCoachingandWriting.org is the official website of Academic Coaching and Writing LLC. Academic Coaching and Writing LLC owned and operated AcademicCoachingandWriting.org and DissertationDoctor.com from December 2010 through December 2019.

AcademicCoachingandWriting.com offered academic coaching and consulting through a variety of programs including: 

• Dissertation Doctor (another writing service), 
• academic writing, 
• academic coaching, 
• university programs, and 
• the learning center. 

According to a December 2019 snapshot from Ahrefs, an SEO tool used to analyze websites based on the strength of their backlinks, AcademicCoachingandWriting.org had an Ahrefs Rank (AR) of 1,444,884 in the database of over 100 million sites.

End of Academic Coaching and Writing

In late 2019, Dr. Sally Jensen posted a note on AcademicCoachingandWriting.org, announcing the closure of the company. She said:

“Farewell to the ACW community of writers!

It is with great sadness that I announce the closure of Academic Coaching and Writing.

ACW programs will conclude on December 31, 2019.

All of the ACW’s coaches plan to continue their coaching and writing work with individuals independently. If you are currently enrolled in one of the ACW programs, your coach will work with you on a transition plan. And if you are looking for support at any point in the future, please reach out directly to one of our coaches.

Thank you to the ACW Coaches, Moderators, and community members. You have been wonderful to work with and learn from, and I am grateful that many of our ACW graduates are sharing their experiences and even initiating their own learning communities.
