Fidutrust was the original owner of FrogProg Limited, a Cyprus-based academic writing services company. Fidutrust held the entirety of FrogProg's shares from its formation in 2010 until FirstEON Holding Limited acquired FrogProg in 2018.
Fidutrust Management Limited is also a shareholder of HeadHunter Group PLC, a major online recruitment services company based in Russia. Other shareholders of HeadHunter Group include JPMorgan Chase Bank N.V. and ELQ Investors VIII Limited.
The first seven of years of Fidutrust Management Limited saw the shareholders and directors remain the same. Though shareholders continued to change periodically after 2010, the directors of Fidutrust as of December 2019, Stelious Haralambous and Michalis Kranidiotis, have been in place since 2011.
