According to documents filed to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in the Republic of Cyprus, Forpio Limited filed its official certificate of incorporation on November 29, 2016. 

In November 2016, Goulia Lazaridou was named the first and only director while Yultan Consulting LTD was appointed the secretary.

Goulia Lazaridou is the sole shareholder. According to equity documents from the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in the Republic of Cyprus, Lazaridou is listed as the only shareholder of all 1,000 nominal capital shares of Forpio Limited. 

As of January 2020, Lazaridou remains the sole director and shareholder of Forpio Limited.
