According to documents filed to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in the Republic of Cyprus, Grand Dominie Limited filed its official certificate of incorporation on December 31, 2012. 

In December 2012, Natalia Chatzitziovann was named the first and only director while Damelen Consulting Limited was appointed the secretary.

According to documents from the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in the Republic of Cyprus, Chatzitziovann left Grand Dominie Limited on January 4, 2014. 

Anna Ioannou took over as director and shareholder of Grand Dominie Limited in 2014

Anna Ioannou, also known ΑΝΝΑ ΙΩΑΝΝΟΥ, is a citizen of Cyprus who was appointed as the director and shareholder of Grand Dominie Limited on January 4, 2014, after Natalia Chatzitziovann was terminated from both roles. Based on documents from the Cyprus government website, all shares of the company were transferred on January 9, 2014.

As of December 2019, Ioannou remains the only director and shareholder of Grand Dominie Limited and Damelen Consulting Limited continues to serve as the company secretary.

However, as of December 2019, the website domains of those two brands are no longer active yet they remained advertised on GrandDominie.com.
