Petr Lulák was the first managing director of Analger Consulting

According to the Complete Extract from the Commercial Register from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, Petr Lulák was the first managing director of Palantis Group, when it was still known as Analger Consulting. The document states Lulák registered on April 4, 2018, and his tenure with the company ended on June 14, 2018. Records show Lulák was born on January 18, 1986, and his address of residence is listed in Prague, Czech Republic.

Hennadii Apostolidi is the managing director of Palantis Group

Hennadii Apostolidi took over the role of managing director on June 14, 2018, after Petr Lulák left Palantis Group. The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic states the managing director acts independently for the company, and a single executive independently represents the company.

As of December 2019, Apostolidi is still the only managing director of Palantis Group.

Shareholders of Palantis Group

According to documentation from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, the shares of Palantis Group are evenly divided between Hennadii Apostolidi, Mykhailo Ostapenko, and Oleksandr Kucherenko. Apostolidi, Ostapenko, and Kucherenko have all had a third of the business shares since July 9, 2018. Documents show the three shareholders are residents of Ukraine.

As of December 2019, Apostolidi, Ostapenko, and Kucherenko each continue to hold one-third of the shares of Palantis Group.
