Pro Essay Limited incorporated as a private company in Cyprus in 2014. On its corporate documents, it lists its aims as "business consultants and more."

The company has only ever had two directors listed on its official documents. Its equity has been held by the same two people, but at different times. As of December 2019, the company does not maintain a website or a presence on social media so there is little known about it apart from what is disclosed on its official corporate documents.

In 2019, the company changed its official address from one location in Paphos, Cyprus to another address in the same city.

Company ownership

When it was founded in 2014, the entire equity of Pro Essay Limited was held by Dimitra Ayfavliti. In 2016, 100% of the Pro Essay Limited shares were transferred to Ruslan Fedorenko. As of December 2019, Ruslan remains the primary shareholder of Pro Essay Limited with 1,000 shares to his name and 50 shares allocated to Vassos Komodromos, the owner of a business consulting company named Komodromos & Co Ltd.

Ruslan also became an official director of the company, as listed on corporate documents, in 2018.

Websites owned and services offered

The websites owned by Pro Essay Limited appear to be mostly focused on academic writing services. The names of most of these websites focus on essay writing, as opposed to being generalized or distributed across various academic writing styles such as dissertations or research papers.
