Company story

Zen Marketing Solutions Inc. was originally incorporated in Winnipeg, Manitoba in July 2012. The company dissolved in June 2015 for reasons that are not stated on the corporate documents, available publicly on the Government of Canada website. In November 2016, the company filed a Certificate of Revival, reinstating it to active status, still based in Winnipeg, Manitoba which remains its registered address as of December 2019. 

Company ownership

Canada does not require companies to disclose who holds the equity, so there is no way to be sure who owns Zen Marketing Solutions Inc. There are two directors listed for the company as of December 2019: Sana Naveen and Mohammad Siddiqui. Sana was the only director listed in the original company documents, but after the company was revived, Muhammad was also listed.

Websites owned and services offered

Zen Marketing Solutions has a public website for their company, though as of December 2019 it appears to be incomplete. They offer social media links for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+, but the first three lead to the home page for the respective sites, not a profile page, and Google+ was discontinued as a social media service in April 2019. The terms and privacy policy pages appear to be blank and the about page contains lorem ipsum, otherwise known as placeholder text that indicates an area where text will eventually go, but has not yet been added to the site. On their website, Zen Marketing Solutions lists their services as: marketing research, strategic planning, brand development, and business process outsourcing. They have a contact form that users can fill out with their name, phone number, email, and a brief message after which Zen Marketing will get in touch, though they do not indicate whether they will reach out by phone or email.

Zen Marketing Solutions owns 6dollaressay.com, not to be confused with 6dollarsessay.com which is owned by a different company. This site specializes in low-cost essay writing, per its name, though it does offer a broad variety of services that include academic and non-academic content that is both writing and non-writing oriented.
