Payments made during the order placement process are made to DMA Enterprises, LLC. Though the website lists the address of its headquarters at 79 Folsom Ave, San Francisco, California, there does not appear to be a company named DMA Enterprises, LLC currently registered in California, as of May 2020.

How it works

The ordering process at Academicresearchbureau.com is relatively simple, compared to similar sites. Orders are placed using a single-page form that is visually the same for both new and returning users. The form is divided into three sections:

First, the customer provides the academic level, general document type, subject area, academic style, and attachments or specific instructions. In the second section, the form asks for the page count, number of sources, deadline, preferred currency, and optional upgrades or add-ons. Finally, the customer is asked to either provide credentials to create their account or log in to an existing account, if they have not already done so.

During the ordering process, it does not appear possible to view the terms and conditions that the customer must agree to as there is no link to the terms provided, as of May 2020. The order process includes a variety of optional add-ons or upgrades to improve the order quality or general customer experience. These upgrades include, but are not limited to, PowerPoint slides created to complement the order, an upgrade to premium writers which are subject matter experts or platinum writers which are native English speakers, and copies of the sources used in the order.

When placing an order, customers are able to choose a preferred currency for the payment step. Currency options as of May 2020 include:
