CraftResumes.com is a professional resume and CV writing service founded in 2014. The Craft Resumes team worked hard all summer of 2014 and launched the site in September 2014. This provides resumes and CV writing and editing, along with LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and other professional consulting.

Craft Resumes is a member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches and the National Résumé Writers' Association.

Writers

We reached out to the Craft Resumes team, and they confirmed they currently employ a professional team of five writers. As of June 2019, they’re not looking to hire anymore resume writers.

Craft Resumes only accepts certified and experienced resume writers. Most writers are Certified Professional Resume Writers (CPRW).

Services

Resume and CV writing service applies not only to new resumes and CVs from scratch but also involves adding content to current positions, as well as new points, or anything entirely new for your existing paper. 

Resume and CV editing services will improve your up-to-date/existing document’s structure and accent your attributes.

A free resume review is provided to check prospecting clients. The free resume review checks clarity, structure, fluency, writing prompts, graphics, and overall first impression.

The letter writing service includes additional services such as cover letters, follow-up letters, and thank you notes.

LinkedIn profile writing services are additional services focused on optimizing professional online presence.

Pricing

Pricing depends on four factors: the type of service, the deadline of the order, your career level, and additional service options.

The different types of services offered include resume writing, resume editing, CV writing, CV editing, cover letter writing, the Resume + CV bundle, the Career Start bundle, and the Career Growth bundle. 

Deadline of the order indicates when the resume needs to be delivered; the shorter the deadline, the more a paper will cost. They offer four deadlines: 5 days, 3 days, 48 hours, and 24 hours. The price per page increases with a shorter deadline.

The career level determines the level of the resume is written; the five career levels include entry level (0-2 years of experience), professional (2 or more years of experience), executive (10 or more years of experience), military, and federal.

Additional services are optional and include thank you letters, follow-up letters, LinkedIn profiles, and KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Depending on your experience, additional service add between $49-$79 to your order.

How it works

After you place and pay for the order, Craft Resumes assigns you a writer. Once you are matched with a resume writing expert, they’ll conduct an interview focused on defining your goals. The career expert performs an analysis of your experience and industry to optimize your goals. They build resumes and CVs using ‘proper keywords’ to emphasize and highlight your expertise. Craft Resume professional resume writers customize your application to meet the parameters for any application, particular job, or company. After your order is completed, you will be able to review it and ask for any edits.
