The ProHomeworkHelp site has been active since late 2017. The terms for the site describe it as being owned by itself, but payments for orders are made to a company called Brilliant Essays. However, there is no company by this name registered in Texas which is where the ProHomeworkHelp social sites claim it is based.
How it works
The ordering process at ProHomeworkHelp is relatively simple. Account creation and order placement are all done on a single page. First time customers are asked to provide an email, phone number, and the country they are ordering from.
Instructions gathered during the order placement process are extensive. Required fields include topic, document type, deadline, writer quality, double- or single-spacing, number of pages, academic level, subject area, citation style, number of sources, US or UK spelling, specific instructions, and up to four attachments. Payment for orders is handled by a third party site and the customer is returned to the ProHomeworkHelp site, logged into a user account that they either created or signed in to as part of the ordering process, after payment has been completed.
It is not clear from the site's documentation if customers are able to interact with writers during the order completion process. It is also not clear how completed orders are delivered.
Prices
The pricing structure at ProHomeWorkHelp is based on three factors: number of pages, writing quality, and deadline. Unlike many other academic writing services, the academic level selected for an order does not appear to affect the price. Deadline options range from 10 days to 24 hours and there are two writing levels to choose from: standard and premium. There is also no additional charge for choosing between US and UK spelling. The price calculator on the site does not appear to work, but there is a real-time price updated on the order form.
In addition to the base price, there are two optional add-ons that a customer can purchase: having a draft proofread by an editor and receiving an originality report along with an order.
