Initial filing status

The incorporation of Academic Answers Limited. The initial incorporation took place on November 14, 2003, when Barclay James Stuart Littlewood first filed the Certificate of Incorporation of a Private Limited Company to Companies House. According to the incorporation documents, Barclay James Stuart Littlewood was named the first director, and Jonathon Richard Cooke was appointed the company secretary. 

The share capital of Academic Answers Limited. The Memorandum of Association in the Certificate of Incorporation of a Private Limited Company declared the company’s share capital as £1,000 divided into shares of £1.00 each. The memorandum showed Barclay Littlewood as the subscriber of all 1,000 shares of Academic Answers Limited.

The company name changed from Academic Answers Limited to All Answers Limited

According to the NM01 Notice of Change of Name by Resolution form filed on December 23, 2009, Academic Answers Limited changed its name to All Answers Limited. Secretary Karina Bowers signed the form.

On December 23, 2009, Companies House approved the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name signed by owner Barclay Littlewood. According to the document, the name of the company was decided at a “general meeting” on December 14, 2009.

Barclay James Stuart Littlewood became the first Director of Academic Answers Limited when the company first incorporated in November 2003. The Certificate of Incorporation of a Private Limited Company declared Littlewood as the owner, first Director, and sole shareholder of Academic Answers Limited.

• November 2003: Academic Answers Limited was incorporated and Barclay James Stuart Littlewood was appointed the first director and sole shareholder of all 1,000 shares of the company. Additionally, Barclay appointed Jonathon Richard Cooke as the first company secretary.
• October 17, 2005: Jonathon Richard Cooke resigned as secretary of Academic Answers Limited. Karina Bowers was appointed the company secretary on the same day.
• February 12, 2008: Tony Eynon joined as the second director of Academic Answers Limited.
• December 23, 2009: The company name changed from Academic Answers Limited to All Answers Limited.
• June 29, 2012: Christopher Melville joined as the third director of All Answers Limited.
• July 12, 2012: Barclay Littlewood resigned as director of All Answers Limited and his title is changed to the owner of the company. The reasoning for the change of title is not provided in the documentation. 
• July 2, 2013: Christopher Melville resigned as director of All Answers after one year with the company.
• August 2, 2013: Mrs. Sarah Freeman was appointed a director of All Answers Limited.
• August 20, 2013: Tony Eynon resigned as director and was reappointed as the director of All Answers Limited on the same day.
• September 5, 2014: Sarah Freeman resigned as a director of the company.
• October 6, 2016: Tony Eynon was terminated as director of All Answers a second time after eight years with the company.
• March 13, 2017: Karina Bowers was terminated as secretary of All Answers Limited after more than a decade with the company.

Identity of the CEO

According to the timeline in “The History of UK Essays” section of the UKessays.com about page, Tony Eynon took over the role of CEO from Barclay Littlewood in July 2009. Barclay continued to be a part of UKessays.com as a business and personal development consultant. The change in CEO doesn’t seem to appear in any of the Companies House documentation filed by All Answers Limited.

The CEO in 2019. As of December 2019, Barclay Littlewood is still featured on the UKessays.com about section with a staff profile highlighting him as a consultant. According to Companies House, Tony Eynon left All Answers Limited in October 2016. Based on his LinkedIn profile, Eynon is still the CEO of All Answers Limited.

Websites owned and services offered

AllAnswers.co.uk is the official website of All Answers Limited. According to the homepage of the site, All Answers Limited is a “global academic writing company based in Nottingham, UK,” and the goal of the company is to “help students achieve more.” The website targets students, contract writers, and potential employees.

AllAnswers.co.uk promotes its writing services brands, UKessays.com and LawTeacher.net, to students on the site. All Answers Limited uses AllAnswers.co.uk to contract writers by advertising industry-leading pay, complete flexibility, and an enthusiastic team of over 40 people. All Answers Limited has a team of more than 40 in-house employees. The writing company uses AllAnswers.co.uk to attract team members for its customer service, communication, and e-commerce departments.

UKEssays.com is one of All Answers Limited's most popular writing services.

All Answers Limited owns and operates at least two websites related to writing services (UKessays.com and LawTeacher.net). UKessays.com is one of the most popular writing services operated by All Answers Limited.

Ahrefs, an SEO tool used to analyze websites, features a list of the top 1 million websites in its database, which is updated in real-time. In December 2019, UKessays.com was in the top twentieth percentile of the one million highest ranking websites in the Ahrefs database. According to a December 2019 snapshot from Ahrefs, UKessays.com had an Ahrefs Rank (AR) of 127,155 in the database of over 100 million websites. In contrast, a different All Answers Limited writing service, LawTeacher.net, had an AR of 228,621 in December 2019.
