UKEssays.com was founded in July 2003 by Barclay Littlewood, a lawyer, to help students study undergraduate law. By November 2003, Littlewood employed a small team to develop the website and started to recruit writers; the Academic Answers company was born. The parent company’s name change in March 2009 from Academic Answers to All Answers to reflect their vision for the future. On July 2009, Littlewood stepped down as the CEO and Tony Eynon took over the role.

All Answers consists of approximately 50 in-house employees. UKEssays.com is home to over 500 writing experts vetted through the in-house quality assurance team. All writers are required to have obtained at least a 2:1 degree and must demonstrate the consistent ability to write a 2:1 or first-class standard.
Pricing
The price is based on the subject, word count, grade (e.g. undergraduate 2.1 or 1st), and the time you can allow for the delivery.
UKEssays.com estimates 250 words to be over half a page. If your order features extra requirements that aren't word-based, such as calculations or use of a specialist software like SPSS, the writers provide a quote for your order instead. The client places the order through the website without paying. Select 'no word count' as the length. Then provide the specific guidelines. Next, UKEssays.com locates a writer who can help. The writer will examine the instructions thoroughly and then they will quote a fee for a project with calculations. UKEssays will then send a message with the total cost of the order and you can decide whether to proceed. The order form will display £25 as the price but you can place the order without paying until UKEssays.com has a final quote for you. The order is placed when you get to the confirmation/summary page before you've paid.
The grade levels affect the price differently. Grade levels include: A Level, International Baccalaureate A-C, Diploma (HNC/HND) (Pass, Merit, Distinction), Undergraduate (2:2, 2:1, 1st, and Upper 1st), Masters (PGD) (Pass, Merit, Distinction), MPhil Pass, PhD, and GDL (Pass, Commendation, Distinction).
Delivery ranges from 4 office hours to 31 days. The sooner the delivery, the higher the cost.
