How it works
Placing an order with BuyEssayNow involves three steps. The first of these is the most involved, the order form itself. The entire order form is on a single page and it is extensive, but it compiles all instructions, optional add-ons, and the account creation or log-in process.
The second step is simply a confirmation page on which the customer can see all their selections and the final price. Finally, the order is paid for on a third-party secure payment site.
Once an order has been placed and paid for, the BestEssayNow service begins searching for a writer. The customer can contact the BestEssayNow support team at any time through live chat, email, or phone. They may also communicate directly with a writer through the BestEssayNow site, once one is assigned. Completed orders are made available for preview and download through the customer's account page.
Prices
A real-time price calculator is provided on the BestEssayNow homepage for customers to quickly and conveniently estimate the cost of their order. Based on the calculator's fields, the core price of an order is determined by the document type, the academic level, the deadline, the number of pages, and whether those pages are single- or double-spaced. Deadlines range from 20 days to 1 hour and academic level options are: high school, college, undergraduate, master's, and PhD.
There are several optional add-ons scattered throughout the order form that a customer can purchase to improve their experience or the quality of their final draft. These include making the order a high priority, receiving an early draft, having a "top" writer complete the order, receiving a plagiarism report, receiving SMS alerts, or receiving something they call "VIP support."
BuyEssayNow also includes something called "bonus money" that is not well defined on their public site. Based on the order form language, it is a form of credit that accumulates as customers purchase orders that can then be spent toward future orders.
