How GradeMiners.com works
Their ordering process is four steps:
1. Provide basic order information like subject, academic level, number of pages, and deadline. This is also the step in which the client provides their contact information if they are not already logged in.
2. The client is able to provide a detailed topic rather than selecting a general subject from a dropdown, as in the first step, and type in specific instructions, select a number of sources required, indicate the desired academic style, and upload any attachments.
3. A number of optional add-ons are offered for an additional fee including a plagiarism report, extra attention to order quality, and what they call "VIP Support".
4. Payment is accepted using major credit cards through their website directly or through an alternative payment portal associated with the GradeMiners parent company, Writeperfect LTD. This is also where discount codes can be applied.
After an order is placed, the client can interact with the company and will receive their finished draft via email.
Prices
GradeMiners uses a fairly standard pricing model based on number of pages, academic level, and deadline. They also allow orders to include programming language requirements or pay for special features like partial drafts, one page summaries of the overall order, or extra attentive support channels.
They also offer a loyalty program that they call a "Bonus Balance." This is a certain percentage of money that you pay for orders, 10% for your first order and 5% for orders after that, that is returned to your account as a credit that you can spend on a future order.
