The StudyBay website has been active since May 2015. They are operated by a Malta-based company, but focus on English-speaking writing services as well as some non-writing services. These other offerings include math assignments, coding, and a generic "non-word assignments" category. How it works
The ordering process for new StudyBay clients begins by simply typing in a title for your project, selecting a project type such as essay or lab report, and entering your email. This takes the user to the client dashboard, a personal account page where bids from writers appear even before more order details are offered. From here it is possible to edit the order and add detailed instructions, modify the desired word count (they do not use page count), and attach files.
Once the order details are submitted and a bid accepted, the client will be asked to submit payment. From here there is a chat interface through which the client and writer can communicate. After an order is complete, the client can download the document and rate the writer. There is also a fixed "warranty" period for 20 days after the completed draft is submitted by the writer. The writer is not actually paid until the end of this warranty period and this is the time for the client to request any revisions.
Pricing
Because StudyBay uses a bidding system, prices are not fixed ahead of a client accepting a bid. It is possible for a client to set a desired price for their order, either based on the order form's suggestion or based on their own judgement, or the price can be left blank, allowing writers to suggest a price. It is also possible to pay more for a featured order which, according to the site's claims, doubles the number of offers a client will receive.

"Keep in mind that it is only possible to request a refund for your order while it is UNDER WARRANTY. Your warranty starts when your writer uploads the final version of your assignment and lasts for 20 days by default. If your order is still in progress or has been already completed, you won't have an option to request a refund, though in the first case all you need to do is to wait until your writer submits the final file."
