Paperell has been active since 2016 and they are owned and operated by Oceonica Corp., a California-based company with multiple websites in the e-learning industry. They list their core values as "Improvement," "Lifetime Value," and "Be Worldwide."

How it works

The first phase of the ordering process is relatively simple, for new clients or for those who already have a Paperell account. The client must provide general information like service type, subject area, deadline, number of pages, and any specific instructions or attachments that might help. A new client is asked for their email before proceeding from this phase.

Once an order is placed, writers will be able to see it from their side of the Paperell system and begin making bids. Clients are able to see these bids as they come in, chat with the writers if they wish, and review the writers' profiles and previous ratings.

After a client selects a writer, they are able to continue chatting with that writer throughout the course of the order. Payment is released to the writer by the client after reviewing the writer's work. A client is also able to interact with Paperell support before, after, or throughout the course of an order in case they have difficulty with a particular writer or if their order is not proceeding as expected.

Prices

In general, prices are difficult to predict with a bidding style site. Paperell does not offer a suggested price as some bidding style sites do, so the client is left to decide what is a fair price based on the offers made by the writers after each individual order is placed.

As part of the order process, clients are able to choose, as an optional add-on, "Premium" or "Platinum" writers which are generally categorized as the top 50% or top 20% respectively.
