A CS01 (ef) Confirmation Statement filed to Companies House on August 31, 2018, shows Academic Rescue Limited transferred all 1000 of its ordinary shares of One Freelance Limited to FirstEON Holding Limited.

Olga Yeriomenko is appointed the first Director

Olga Yeriomenko was named the first and only Director of Brownie Freelance Limited when the company first incorporated. Yeriomenko was born on September 1, 1985, in Ukraine and was only 22 years old when they took the position of Director. According to the Certificate of Incorporation of a Private Limited Company, their address was in Kiev, Ukraine, at the time of incorporation. A week after being appointed Director, Yeriomenko resigned from the position on April 3, 2008, according to the Termination of Appointment of a Directory or Secretary document filed to Companies House.

Director Yeriomenko resigns and is replaced by Director Yanovskyy 

Mr. Yevgen Yanovskyy replaced Olga Yeriomenko was the Director of Brownie Freelance Limited the day after the official resignation. Yanovskyy was appointed to the position of Managerial Director on April 4, 2008. The Appointment of a Directory or Secretary document lists Yanovskyy’d birthday on November 11, 1980, and his residential address in Kiev, Ukraine. The Annual Return filed on March 27, 2009, listed Yanovskyy as the shareholder of “1 ordinary share.” The CH01 (ef) Change of Particulars for Director document filed on August 28, 2014, shows Director Yanovskyy changed his address to Argaka, Cyprus.

Olga Yeriomenko resumes the role of Director of Brownie Freelance Limited

On August 24, 2010, Brownie Freelance Limited reappointed Olga Yeromenko to the position of Director. According to the Appointment of Director document filed on Companies House, Yeromenko is a Ukrainian national born on September 1, 1985. Yeromenko’s residence was in Kiev, Ukraine, at the time of their appointment. Yeromenko and Yanovskyy shared 500 ordinary shares each as of August 2010.

Yeriomenko assumes the role of Secretary. On November 26, 2010, Brownie Freelance Limited changed their registered office address, terminated Coddan Secretary Service Limited, and appointed Olga Yeromenko as the new Secretary. Olga continued their role as both Director and Secretary until August 5, 2013, when they resigned from the position of Secretary. On September 2, 2014, Olga Yeromenko changed her name to Olha Andrusenko. On October 30, 2019, Andrusenko once again resigned from her position as Director of One Freelance Limited.

David Korn joins One Freelance Limited as Company Director

Documents filed to Companies House on January 20, 2016, show David Korn was appointed to the position of Company Director. According to the Appointment of Director document, Korn is a British national born in April 1959.

In contrast, CheapWritingService.com, another writing service owned by One Freelance Limited, had an AR of 257,059 in November 2019.

One Freelance Limited acquires the UVOCorp website. In 2011, while still operating under the name Brownie Freelance Limited, One Freelance acquired the UVOCorp website.
