Introduction is a writing site that focuses on creating reviews. They advertise a writer base with a broad selection of interests. They also emphasize content that serves a client's specific review needs.

Full story

The GetGoodReview site is operated by One Freelance Limited, a U.K. company, and has been operational since April 2016. In the same way as other One Freelance Limited writing service sites, GetGoodReview has a targeted niche: review writing. They also have a blurb about resume writing assistance, but their focus is on generating reviews that suit a client's needs.

Curiosity is marketed as their primary value. They claim their writers to be "bibliophiles, computer geeks, devotees of exquisite movies, and music fans." This makes them ideally suited to show a genuine interest in anything a client may need reviewed, according to their site. They also indicate an enthusiasm for learning and experiencing new things.

How it works

GetGoodReview uses a fairly simple consultation style ordering process. An interested client would submit their contact information, a short message about their content needs, their timeline, and possibly an attachment, if that might be helpful. From there, the service evaluates the needs of the order and responds with a proposed price for the exact task. If the client accepts the proposal, the order will begin processing. GetGoodReview advertises a 24/7 support team available by phone or email for any questions that a client may have. The final order is made available for download when it is complete.

The site has no published revision policy.

The pricing model for GetGoodReview is relatively simple. They offer a variety of deadlines and difficulty levels ranging from 1 month to 8 hours and Basic to Standard to Professional to Expert, respectively. These two factors determine the cost per page of an order, though their price table is suggested to be an estimate rather than a hard price since part of their ordering process involves returning a specific price to a client after initial order needs have been sent in.

GetGoodReview also provides a per-country breakdown of value-added tax for clients in the EU.

GetGoodReview is a site with a very specific service; they write reviews. They also have a small section advertising resume writing assistance.

Refund policy

What happens if you are unhappy with writing services from and want your money back? We looked for a clear refund policy page and found the following.

Yes, this writing service has a refund policy.

"If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already been assigned, and it is confirmed by order's status bar at the top of your order page, the refund amount depends on your deadline. You can claim a 70% refund if half or less of the period has passed, and up to 50% thereafter. This is because the writer who starts on your assignment should receive the compensation for the work done.

Please note that you cannot receive a refund for order cancellation if the paper has been completed and delivered to your order page on time. If the paper has been delivered within the deadline you stipulate and pay for, you can only request a refund due to quality concerns, through the "Refund" button on your order page."

Other useful information

There is also an allowance in the GetGoodReview policy for a possible 30% refund on completed orders if they have not been downloaded by the client, but this must be decided by the service's support team.
