How it works

Ordering at CopyCrafter is relatively simple. There are effectively two pages involved in placing an order. The first of these is an order form that gathers all details relevant to an order's instructions. These details include document type, subject area, deadline, number of pages, citation style, academic level, number of sources, and any custom instructions or attached files that will help guide the order. This same page is where clients select any of the optional add-ons that are offered or indicate a preferred writer, if they have one. Finally, a client is asked to either provide contact information to create their account or log in to an existing account at the bottom of the order placement page.

After this first page is complete and the client is logged in, the second and last step is to submit payment for the order through a secure payment page. Once an order is paid for, the order is assigned to a writer. Clients are able to communicate with assigned writers through the CopyCrafter site while the order is in progress. Completed orders are made available to view and either approve or return for revision through the client's secure account page.

Prices

According to their own documentation, there are three factors that determine order price: number of pages, deadline, and type of content. Technically speaking there is a fourth factor: the academic level of the ordered content. Deadline choices range from four hours to one month and there are five academic levels available: high school, "undergrad. (yrs 1-2)," "undergrad. (yrs 3-4)," master's, and doctoral.

In addition to the base pricing, there are a optional add-ons that a customer can purchase during the ordering process to improve their final product. These include added charts, added PowerPoint slides, upgrading to an "advanced" or English-as-a-native-language writer, comments added by the writer throughout the order to explain the process, and a copy of all the sources used in the order.
