This site is operated by One Freelance Limited, a company in the U.K. that has many different writing service sites. The ProEditService site has been operational since April 2016. They have a relatively sparse site, opting for minimal information about their pricing, process, or service, and focusing instead on a one-on-one method for placing and resolving orders.

The ProEditService priorities, according to their about page, are "attention to detail," "diligence," and "fast turnaround." They lean heavily on the premise that their editors expertise can speed along a client's own writing process and help teach them to be better writers as a side effect.

How it works

Rather than having a fully detailed order form, ProEditService uses a consultation style system in which the user submits a small amount of contact information and then an order is worked out directly between the client and the service. The text that the client wishes to have edited is also to be attached to the initial contact form, somewhat confusingly labeled "send us your CV." The site explains this as necessary for the service to evaluate the needs of the document and return with a price.

There is very little published publicly about the order process including what kind of interaction a client might expect or even by what channel. It is also not clear if there is a revision process, or some appropriate equivalent satisfaction guarantee for a service that is based on editing and proofreading to begin with.

Pricing

The pricing structure posted on the ProEditService site is specifically identified as being for estimation purposes only. They do not have add-ons or premium features posted, though such elements may be found once an order is placed. Since they provide services all over the EU, they also include a table of value-added tax to be expected for specific countries. The pricing page suggests that the service is open to negotiation, after an initial price has been suggested for a particular order.
