The 123Writings site has been active since 2012. They are one of many writing services websites that are owned and operated by the London-based company Cyber Jam Limited.

How it works

There are five steps involved in placing an order with 123Writings. All but one of these steps takes place on the 123Writing site. First, the customer is asked to either log in to an existing account or submit their name, email, and phone number to create a new account.

Second, the customer provides basic order information including the type of service, the type of document, the level of the project, the deadline, and the preferred writer type. The writer type options are between "best available," a specific ID number, and by language proficiency which can be either a native English speaker or a fluent English speaker. The service type distinguishes between editing, proofreading, and custom writing and the level of project can be one of nine options: high school, college freshman, college sophomore, college junior, college senior, master's, PhD, business (standard), and business (premium).

The third step gathers more specific order instructions. These include number of pages, double- or single-spaced pages, subject, citation style, number of sources, specific instructions, and any attachments the customer wishes to share. After this step is a brief fourth step where the client can see all their selections and the price of the order.

If the customer proceeds with payment, they are taken to the fifth and final step which is payment processing through PayPal. After payment is made, the order becomes part of the 123Writings system and they begin the search for a writer. Once a writer has been assigned, a customer can interact with that writer through their secure account page. Completed orders are also made available for download through the customer's account page on the 123Writings site.

Prices

Unlike many writing services websites, 123Writings does not include a real-time price calculator or price table that a client can use to estimate their order cost before they submit their contact information and order details. Because of this, it is difficult to be sure exactly what factors are used to determine an order's cost.

123Writings does not offer optional add-ons for purchase during the order placement process, but they do have a lifetime loyalty program. Repeat customers receive a permanent discount as they order more pages. These discounts are 5% off at 25 pages, 10% off at 50 pages, and 15% at 100 pages.
