How it works
The ordering process at ThesisHelpers is relatively simple and uses an up-front payment method.
To initiate an order, a client must either log in with their existing credentials or enter some basic information to create their account. An account can be created by simply providing a name, email, phone number, and desired password.
Order details are collected over the course of two brief pages on which the client provides information like project type, number of pages, academic level, deadline, formatting style, and any specific instructions or attachments that might be helpful. From here the client is taken to a secure payment page.
After an order has been paid for, the ThesisHelpers service assigns it to one of their writers. The client is able to interact with their writer through the site, if they are logged in to their account. There is also a 24/7 support team available.
When an order is complete, it is made available for download through the client's account page. The ThesisHelpers site advertises that after an order is complete, a client "can request additional changes to be made at no charge."
Services
According to their FAQ section, ThesisHelpers will only work on thesis or dissertation orders. The order form, however, has a great variety of other services as well that range from application or admissions essays to grant proposals to business plans to multiple choice questions. Since the ordering process is automated, it is not clear from the site's documentation if these kinds of orders would be completed or they would be cancelled and the payment refunded.
Loyalty program
ThesisHelpers offers a loyalty program to users based on the number of pages ordered over their entire lifetime as a client. Once certain a certain milestone has been reached, all future orders enjoy a discount. These are set at 5% after 25 pages, 10% after 50 pages, and 15% after 100 pages.
