The EssayLab site has been active since late 2014. They are owned and operated by Cyber Jam Limited, a UK-based company that owns many academic writing services websites.

How it works

Accessing the order form at EssayLab requires a user to either log in, if they are a returning customer, or create an account if they are a first-time customer. Creating an account is a simple matter of providing a name and email address and selecting a password.

The order form itself is three pages long and the fields change depending on selections made to be sure the most accurate information possible is available to the writer. The first page gathers the purpose of the project, for school or work,; the project type; whether the order will be for custom writing, editing, or proofreading; the level of the project; number of pages and whether they are double- or single-spaced; British or American spelling; and finally whether the client wishes to be assigned a writer that is "best available," "by langauge proficiency," or "by order ID."

On the second page, the client provides the deadline, subject, citation style, number of sources, title, specific instructions, and whether they want the document sized to US Letter or British/European A4. There is also an option to add attachments at this stage.

The final page is a review page where the client can confirm their selections and view the final price. After this has been confirmed and the order paid for, the service will assign a writer to the order. The client is able to interact with the writer while the order is being written, or they may contact the EssayLab support team at any time. Completed orders are made available for download through the client's dashboard on the EssayLab site.

Prices

Base prices at EssayLab are determined by an order's number of pages, deadline, and academic level. There is a price calculator available on the EssayLab site to help clients estimate their order cost before going through the order process.

There do not appear to be add-on options for purchase, though there are several complimentary options throughout the ordering process.

EssayLab also offers a loyalty discount that accumulates as a client orders more pages. This is a lifetime discount for the client's account that begins at 5% once a client has ordered 25+ pages, increases to 10% at 50+ pages, and reaches a maximum of 15% off after a client has orders a cumulative 100+ pages.
