The current Academized site has been operating since August 2016. The focus of their service has always been academic content, but they do offer business writing and general copywriting as well. The Academized site emphasizes a passion for helping their clients find academic success whether it is through writing services, editing or proofreading, or by providing guides and samples. One of the key advantages they site is a familiarity with what professors want to see and an ability to help clients achieve that.

How it works

The form for placing an order with Academized is extensive and detailed. The site offers a summarized version of the order form in the sidebar of each of its pages, but the full form must be filled out to fully place an order. This process involves three steps: "paper details," "order preferences," and "contact information".

"Paper details" is the most exhaustive portion of the process in which the client indicates a general service type, a more details sub-type based on that service, potentially a subject area and topic, required style, number of pages, academic level, deadline, any desired attachments, and specific instructions that don't fit into any of the other fields. This is also the stage at which the client might indicate a specific writer that they want to work on the order, select the currency they wish to pay in, and provide a discount code. Other options include specifically a U.S. or U.K. writer, single- or double-spacing, and whether or not the client is willing to receive phone calls at night about the order status.

"Order preferences" is a short list of optional add-ons a client can pay for to improve the quality of their order, receive an improved support experience, or receive priority by writers expert in urgent orders. The "contact information" portion is only required for new clients, existing clients can simply log in, and of course this followed by a payment phase. At this point the order is in their system and as soon as a writer claims the order, the client will be able to interact with that writer through the Academized site to ask and answer questions. Finally, the finished draft will be available to download when it has been approved by the Academized staff.

Prices

When ordering from Academized, it is possible to see prices in several different currencies including U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, British pounds, or Euros. They use an up-front payment model in which an order price is calculated based on deadline, number of pages, and academic level. This price includes a number of "free features" including:

• Unlimited "amendments" or revisions.
• A bibliography for the sources used.
• An outline of the draft.
• A title page.
• Formatting appropriate to your selected style.
• A plagiarism report proving the originality of your order.

It is also possible to purchase extra features for an order, some of which have some crossover with the free features such as the purchased originality report or a one-page summary. Other perks you can pay for include a higher quality of writer, a higher quality customer service experience, and extra attention from an editor.
