Their branding and content indicate that they are targeted toward Australian customers, but they offer payments in several different currencies and can be accessed from all over the world. The site is most likely one of the many sites owned and operated by R.P. Writing Smart Ltd., a Cyprus-based company. 

How it works

The ordering process at Essayroo.com is relatively simple. The site uses an automatic order placement system which means once the client has provided instructions and payment, the service finds a writer for the order without further input from the client. This is in contrast to bidding systems in which the client must choose a writer based on profile information and price bids or consultation systems in which the client must directly contact a service's sales team to place an order.

The order form involves four steps. The first step collects extensive general order information including type of service, topic, specific instructions, page count, citation style, and deadline. The client also has a choice between an Australian writer or a UK writer.

After instructions have been provided, the client is taken to the second step where they are offered a variety of upsale options to improve their order quality and general experience. The third step requires the client to either log in with an existing account, if they had not already done so, or create an account by providing their name, email, home country, and phone number.

Finally, the client is taken to a third-party payment page to provide payment. Once an order has been paid for, the client can view its progress through their account page on the Essayroo.com site. The client will see when the order is assigned and be able to communicate with their assigned writer directly. When the order is complete, it is made available for download through this same account page.
