How it works
PaperFellows takes orders and places them with writers using an up-front payment system. In this system, the client provides all of their information using an order form, pays for their order, and then the service assigns a writer to the order.
The order form for PaperFellows is a relatively simple, one-page form. On this form, the client provides all relevant data for completing the order including document type, subject, number of pages, spacing, citation style, deadline, specific instructions, and any attachments they may with to provide.
Once this information is provided, the client is taken to a list of optional add-ons that provide extra content such as a one-page summary or plagiarism report or otherwise improve the client's experience with the service.
After any add-ons have been selected, the client is taken to a secure payment site to pay for the order in advance, in full. From here, the service takes over, assigning a writer to the order. The client is able to interact with the client directly through the site, or may contact the support team with any needs the writer can't address. Completed orders are made available for the client to download on the PaperFellows site on the client's personal account page.
Prices
The general price structure at PaperFellows is typical of other services that use an up-front payment method for order placement. They offer a table indicating general prices that indicates all per-page rates are based on urgency and academic level. There are different tables for different types of content such as problem solving or multiple choice questions. Compared to many other services, the prices for long deadline orders are not dramatically different from those for short deadline orders.
While placing an order, the client has several add-on options that improve the quality of the order or the client's support experience. These options include specifically requesting a UK writer, upgrading to a premium or top 10 writer, having the draft proofread by an editor, and upgrading to advanced or premium support, among others.

"An investigation will be led by the Quality Assurance Team in the case that the Customer is not happy with the product and requests compensation. Detailed feedback is required from the Customer indicating the mismatch of the Order instructions. The basis of resolution for the Customer's claim will be determined by the results of the investigation.
Important: Compensation will not exceed 70% in the case where a bad quality claim is filed, and the order was sent for Revision prior. This is so because revision is the action or process of reviewing, editing and amending a product. This means the paper is partially confirmed by the Customer once a request for Revision is filed."
