How it works
EssayMama uses an automatic payment method for order placement. With this method, clients submit all their order information to a form and pay for their order before it enters the EssayMama system. The order form gathers necessary details such as subject area, document type, number of pages, academic style, deadline, and specific instructions or attachments. This is also the stage of order placement where a client would select optional add-ons.
If a client is ordering for the first time, they are required to provide contact information as part of the ordering process which creates their account. Returning customers are only required to login to bypass this step.
Once payment for an order has been submitted, that order enters the EssayMama system. At this point the client can monitor the status of their order through the EssayMama site. Once the order has been placed with a writer, the client may communicate with that writer through a messaging system. There is also a 24/7 support team available for client needs that a writer cannot address. Completed orders are made available for download through the client's dashboard on the EssayMama site.

Prices
A table of prices for various document types and deadlines is available on the EssayMama site. They also break down pricing categories into different writer levels. These are listed as standard, premium, and platinum.
In addition to the base price of an order, there are optional add-ons that a client can purchase to improve their order quality or support experience. These include upgrading to VIP support, having an order written by a top 10 writer, or having a draft proofread by an editor before it is sent to the client.
