The SuperiorPapers site has been active since early 2004, making it one of the longest running writing services websites out there. They are operated by Premier Student Marketing LLC, a Delaware-based company that owns a number of other writing services websites.

How it works

Ordering at SuperiorPapers is a relatively simple, three page process. The first page gathers general order information like subject, number of pages, style, deadline, and optional add-ons. The second page provides an opportunity to add extra details such as custom instructions or add-ons. If a client is a first-time user, they would now be required to provide contact information, creating their account. If a client is already logged in, they would be taken immediately to the secure payment page after providing all order details.

Once an order has been paid for, the SuperiorPapers services assigns it to one of their writers. From this point, the client can communicate with the writer through the SuperiorPapers site or they can contact the support team if they have a need beyond the writer's capability. Completed orders are made available for download through the client's account on the SuperiorPapers site.

Prices

Core pricing at SuperiorPapers is determined per page using a simple scale of deadline and academic level desired. A table of these various prices can be found on the SuperiorPapers site for the convenience of potential customers.

Once the ordering process has begun, there are a number of optional add-ons a customer can purchase to improve their order quality or user experience. These include something called VIP support, having their final draft proofread before it is sent to them, and having their order completed by a top-10 writer.

Loyalty Program

SuperiorPapers also offers a loyalty program that provides a permanent and progressive discount as clients order more pages. Clients are also able to pay a subscription to receive these benefits without any prerequisite number of pages.

The two levels of discount are ruby and diamond. Ruby offers a 10% discount and diamond provides 15%. These can be paid month to month or up to a year at a time for a discounted subscription price. There are two different base prices listed for these subscriptions on the SuperiorPapers membership page, so it is not clear exactly how much the memberships cost from the documentation provided. Ruby is either $39.95 per month or $39.00 per month and diamond is either $59.95 per month or $49.00 per month.
