FrogProg Limited is a privately held, Cyprus-based company that has undergone numerous changes in leadership since its formation in 2010. The timeline below may suggest some connections that are not otherwise explicit.

2005: Uvoteam.com opened a freelance writer recruiting service based in the Ukraine.
November 2010: Uvoteam Limited registered as a company in Cyprus.
June 2011: Uvoteam Limited changed its name to FrogProg Limited.
November 2019: According to a contact with the Ukraine business registry, no company with the name Uvoteam can be found in the company register.

It is not clear from the evidence why the Uvoteam name was originally chosen by FrogProg or why it was changed so quickly, but there is no indication on the Uvoteam website that it is connected with FrogProg.

Company ownership

When FrogProg Limited was created in 2010, its equity was entirely held by a company called Fidutrust Management Limited. This equity was transferred in 2018 to a different company called FirstEON Holding Ltd.

As of November 2019, the shareholders of FirstEON include a recent director of FrogProg, Mykyta Osaulenko, who appeared on the FrogProg list of directors in mid-2019, but has been a shareholder of FirstEON since 2017. Other shareholders of FirstEON are Olha Andrusenko and Yevgen Yanovskyy.

Websites owned and services offered

FrogProg owns and operates a number of writing services websites, most of which focus on academic content. Their sites often use the bidding system for their client-writer interactions.

With the bidding system, clients are responsible for providing order details, usually through the use of an online form, and then waiting for writers to place bids on the order. Depending on the individual site, a client may see only proposed prices and generic writer ID numbers or they may see writer profiles with pictures, samples, and previous order statistics. Clients will often be able to interact with the bidding writers to ask and answer questions before accepting a bid and proceeding to payment.

Crossover between FrogProg and Fiduserve Management Ltd.

Several of the FrogProg team members have been employed at Fiduserve Management Ltd, a fiduciary services company also based in Cyprus. These people include:

Demi Charalambous: At Fiduserve from 2005 to 2013 and at FrogProg from 2012 to 2013.
Yiannos Ttafounas: Began at Fiduserve in 2008 and began at FrogProg in 2017. As of November 2019 he is still with both.
Alexandros Eliades: At Fiduserve from 2014 to 2017 and at FrogProg from 2013 to 2017.

One of the directors listed on the Fiduserve Management corporate documents is Stylianos Charalabous, a name that also appears as a director of Fidutrust Management, the company that held all the equity of FrogProg from its formation until 2018. According to corporate documents registered in Cyprus, Fiduserve Management was the sole shareholder of Fidutrust Management from 2013 to 2018.

There is very little public information about the management team or staff at Frogprog Limited. They do, however, have publicly listed officers on their corporate documentation. These officers have rotated fairly regularly with the founders, Elena Deliyanni and Andri Andreou, serving for three and two years respectively and changes being made periodically to the roster since then.

Operations

FrogProg does not publicly advertise their structure, support, or management system. Though company directors and shareholders are listed on corporate documents, it is not clear what responsibilities are associated with these roles or if any of the directors are involved with daily operations. The FrogProg website identifies the company as a "writing assistance, translation services, and online tutoring" company and the goal they cite is "to help students with their writing," but they do not offer direct writing services on their company page and they do not indicate how much direct control the company has over the websites that they own.
