The FastEssay site, owned and operated by Cyprus-based company FrogProg Limited, has been providing a marketplace for freelance writers to connect with clients since 2015. Their focus has always been on academic style custom writing and editing services.
How it works
The signup process for FastEssay is relatively simple, requiring only an email address to get started. Once a client has provided this, they can place an order using the order form where they provide document type, subject, number of pages, deadline, and academic style desired. There are also fields for custom instructions and attachments.
From here, the order becomes visible to the FastEssay writer pool. Offers will be sent to the client through the site dashboard, provided the client is logged in, and the client can review writer profiles, price offers, and even communicate with the writers to ask questions before choosing one to work on the order. It is also possible to automate writer selection by checking a box that allows FastEssay to place your order with the best matching writer.
The FastEssay payment system is based on milestones throughout the lifespan of an order. The writer provides segments of the progress and the client can either release payment for that portion or reject the portion to be worked on further, returned to the writer pool to find a different writer, or even cancel the order. Throughout the order, the client can communicate with the writer via an internal messaging system to ask or answer questions. If the order is successfully completed and downloaded by the client, they are given an opportunity to rate the writer.
Prices
As with other bidding style marketplace websites, the pricing at FastEssay depends primarily on the writer chosen by the client. Each order has a suggested price based on its parameters, but clients are given the choice between a number of writers who may all offer different prices for the same order.

"All the funds loaded to your FastEssay.com account, or reserved for a specific order, which have not yet been released to your writer, are 100% refundable, until you proceed to the last stage/part of an order. The payments used for a specific order will be refunded to your account in case you cancel the order (excluding payments for the additional service "Featured order"). You can, however, only claim back the amount that has not yet been paid to the writer using the "Release" button."
